Brenna is a Manager on the Impact team at Broadstreet Impact Services, a community development investor and advisor working to fuel social, environmental, and economic impact across the country. In her role, Brenna supports values-aligned clients with fund impact evaluation, market scans, impact strategy development, and impact measurement and management. Brenna started her career in community development at Bay Area CDFI Pacific Community Ventures and has spent more than a decade authoring field-building publications, managing nonprofit programming, analyzing impact and financial data, and developing strategies for mission-driven organizations working on a range of issues, from housing to small business development to higher education access. The throughline of all her work has been her commitment to understanding and removing barriers to opportunity for underserved groups across the US. 

Prior to pursuing her dual MA/MS in International and World History from Columbia University and the London School of Economics, she graduated summa cum laude with a BA in History from the University of San Francisco. As a researcher and advisor in the community development finance space, she remains driven by her academic interest in the intersection of race, culture and national identity, especially with regard to the history of immigration in the United States.
