Sally earned her B.A. (History) and L.L.B. with first-class honors from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She trained as a lawyer before commencing her studies in the Dual Degree Program with the aid of the Rae and Edith Bennett scholarship. After working at Nautilus magazine in New York and the Financial Times in London, she is now a senior editor at Aeon magazine, where she focuses on philosophy, science, and technology. She will be pursuing her doctoral studies on the relationship between feminist theory and post-Cartesian approaches to cognitive science.
