Tim received his Liberal Arts and Sciences BA from Tilburg University in The Netherlands. As part of his bachelor, he spent half a year at Stellenbosch University focusing on pre-colonial and South-African history. He also participated in the LSE-PKU summer school in Beijing, China. With an interest in both history and politics, he mainly concentrates on courses mixing both these disciplines.
