Rohan Shah is currently an assistant professor at NYU Gallatin. He is an historian of the twentieth-century United States in global perspective, with a focus on political economy and the history of capitalism. His current book project, tentatively titled Reluctant Globalists, is a multi-archival study of domestic conflicts over globalization from Nixon’s New Economic Policy to the passage of NAFTA .
