Dissertation

Max graduated with first class honours from Warwick University in Politics and International studies before enrolling in the inaugural class of the International and World History program. At Columbia, he took an interest in historical materialism and used this approach to develop a theory of infrastructural revolution in America. During his year at LSE, he furthered this research in the British Library by forming a comparison between American and Indian approaches to the natural world during the nineteenth century. He is currently a researcher at the London Business School and maintains an interest in historical theory in his work.
