Bella Stark graduated summa cum laude and with high honors from William & Mary in May of 2023 with a BA in Government and History. At Columbia and LSE, she focused broadly on the Cold War, specializing in U.S. intelligence history. Her MA/MSc dissertation, entitled, "Between Credibility and Omniscience: Sherman Kent, National Security, and the Evolution of Strategic Intelligence in the Cold War, 1946-1975," received Distinction (highest honors) at the close of her graduate studies at LSE. She has also researched Latin American nuclear nonproliferation policy following the Cuban Missile Crisis while at Columbia, marking her first academic publication with her article in the Madison Historical Review, entitled, "Cuba's Reintegration into the Inter-American System: the Treaty of Tlatelolco, the OAS, and the End of Latin America's Cold War."
Bella has professional experience in the U.S. Senate on Capitol Hill and in the intelligence community. She has joined The Intelligence and Security Associates, LLC upon graduating from the MA/MSc program.
