Emma is originally from California and received her B.A. from Berkeley in English and Anthropology in 2009. She graduated from the MA/MSc Program in 2012. Her research interests include women and gender studies, as well as modification and commodification of the body. Home base for Emma is now Bern, where she’s passionate about woodwork, digital technologies, and travel.
