Edwina Booth-Clibborn

Dissertation

Edwina graduated with Distinction from McGill University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts major in History and minor in Jewish Studies and German Language. During her undergraduate studies her paper, 'Self-Determination Conflicted with Self-Interest in the 1920s: A Reflection on General Levi’s Devotion to the Cause of Iroquois Sovereignty,' was published in the RMC and in the Borderless World Journal. In 2017, she was endowed with the Tania Zouikin Award in International Development that permitted her to spend three months researching in Chennai, India. 

Since graduation, Edwina was based in Berlin, Germany, working at Migration Hub Network where she was project managing an EU-funded programme to support migrant entrepreneurs. After promotion, she worked closely with the CEO as the Executive Assistant. 

Edwina intends to expand her academic background and focus on internal migration in the Sahel, concentrating on environmental factors, during the dual degree.
