Dissertation

I completed a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. After graduating I worked as a political adviser at the permanent mission of Israel at the United Nations, specializing in matters pertaining to the Security Council and nuclear disarmament (first committee).

My research interests lie in the sphere of Soviet and post-Soviet history, with a particular interest in the post-WW2 reconstruction of Ukraine and Belarus and in issues surrounding the collapse of the Soviet Union. I also dabble in the history of the United Nations and in questions relating to global governance in general.  I enjoy writing and thinking of ways to make historical knowledge more accessible to the wider public.

When not engaged in any of the above, I like attending stand-up comedy shows and playing ping-pong and volleyball.

Always happy to talk with anyone who would like to share ideas about any of these topics! reach me at-  [email protected]
