Research Interest

Kevin has a deep passion for social sciences and humanities. After studying Humanities and Classics in Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Écoles at Lycée Henri IV and at Lycée Molière in Paris, he decided to pursue a Master's degree in Philosophy at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne (obtained with honors), a Master's degree in Public Policy at SciencesPo Paris and a Master's degree in Management at the ESSEC Business School.

Originally from the French West Indies, Kevin has a strong personal commitment to the realization of a more effective inclusion of these territories within the French national community.
During his various academic backgrounds, he conducted numerous research projects on the issue of poverty in the overseas regions, identity issues, and anthropological and philosophical considerations of the French citizenship model (republicanism, assimilation, universalism).

At Columbia and LSE, Kevin hopes to continue his reflections with a strong historical, global and comparative approach.
